About Drew
A Lifetime of Service to Martin County
Drew Robinson was born and raised in Oak City and has been a lifelong resident of Martin County. He joined the Martin County Sheriff's Office on January 31, 1997, and worked his way from Deputy to Chief Deputy over 28 years before being appointed Sheriff in 2025.
Throughout his career, Drew has led narcotics task forces, investigated major crimes, commanded tactical operations, and served on more than 15 community boards. He is the 2025 Citizen of the Year — because Martin County isn't just where he works. It's home.
